Diet and willpower
Next week I am upping my fitness criteria in part by starting to take hgh. I learned about it on this one website my friend Vickie told me to check out. You can find the homepage here if you wanted to see for yourself. I am just at a point where I need to see more gains at the gym. I really wanted to enter a bodybuilding contest by the end of the year and I don’t see that happening unless I change something. I pretty much have my diet under control now which was hard. I am a meat and potatoes kind of guy and potatoes aren’t in my diet anymore. I still crave French fries every other day but I resist. It doesn’t help matters when basically all of my coworkers go to the Burger King across the street and bring their food back. I sit there eating my salad with chicken breast and basically drool.
